You can keep the clothes for as long as you want and send them back once your child has outgrown them or once you feel it’s time to mix up your baby’s closet

No, Børnewear is not a subscription service. We don’t want you to worry about ending up trapped with a service you no longer wish to be part of, so we have a no-long-term-commitment. You commit month a month, and at the end of your month period, you decide what you keep and what to return. You are the boss!!

So, choose your clothing selection (a minimum 8-piece order is required); your month period will start the moment you receive your order. Keep each piece for as long as you want and return it once you decide to size up, change models, or take a break. You only pay for the months that you keep each piece – it’s as simple as that.

Yes! All the styles offered by Børnewear are made from 100% cotton yarns that are Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certified. That means that the entire production process – from cotton growth all the way through the process of spinning, dying, weaving, knitting, and stitching to the finished piece of clothing – lives up to the standards set forward by GOTS. This certification guarantees a low impact on the environment, proper working conditions, fair-trade withholding, and non-toxic clothes for your child*.

But what does that mean for my baby?

Well… organic cotton is grown naturally and sustainably, that is, without herbicides, pesticides, or any other harmful chemicals. Choosing organic means limiting your baby’s exposure to harmful chemicals found in non-organic clothing – and with GOTS you get to do that while being environmentally friendly! No doubt that this is the ultimate way to pamper your baby.

The size of the clothes is based on age and height (in cm):

It depends. You might receive new, pre-loved pieces, or a combination of both. As per our sustainability mission, we extend the lifespan of all our clothes as long as they look like new and can still bring joy to you and your baby :)

All cotton garments should be washed at 104 ̊ F (40 ̊C). Wash with light colors. Hang dry or light dry tumble. Stretch after the tumble. Detergent should not contain bleach. Medium to hot ironing. Shrinkage is between 3-5%.

Nope. Just put them in the pre-paid return bag and send them back to us, just like they are.

We understand that life happens and that babies are full of unexpected surprises – and that’s definitely something that we will take into account. Please notify us immediately if you accidentally damage or stain.

We have a dedicated team to assess and handle such situations. Depending on the damage or stain extent, you may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to you.

We strongly recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions regarding damage and stains. We take great care to maintain the quality of our items, so we appreciate your honesty and timely reporting of any issues.

Pro-tip: To prevent stains and damage, you can help by pre-treating stains before washing them.

We all make mistakes :) If you decide to cancel your order and we haven’t dispatched it yet, no worries. Send us an email at [email protected] and we’ll check the status of your order.

If we haven’t dispatched it yet, we will cancel it and make a full refund to your account. It could take within 7-14 days for the amount to be credited to your account.

In the case your order has already been dispatched, wait for it to arrive, keep the clothes in the original wrap, place them in the provided pre-paid return bag and send them back to us right away. It could take within 7-14 days after we have received your return order for the refund to be credited to your account.

Your monthly period starts the moment we receive confirmation that your order has been delivered.

It only starts when you have it in your hands!

It’s simple! Your Børnewear order comes with a pre-paid return bag which you can use to send back any pieces you want to return. Drop it in the mailbox and you’re good to go! Jump again into bornewear.com and make a new order for a bigger size.

Remember to check your baby’s growth when getting close to the end of your month period. You pre-paid for the whole month, and no partial reimbursement is made if you return it before your period ends.

Check in the garment for the “Serendipity” label, and a QR code printed on the back side of it.

Of course! And once you return some pieces, you will only be charged for the pieces that you keep – pretty neat, huh? So, feel free to exchange styles for each month period for your very own Baby wears Prada :)

Once you have paid five months in a row for a piece, you won’t be charged for that piece any longer. If there’s a piece that looks too cute on your baby and that you just need to keep, feel free to do so – you’ll be charged for the first five months and then it’s all yours.

Note: You are always welcome to send them back to us – we’ll find a way to make good, eco-friendly use of them.

No worries! If your baby is ready to jump to the next size or simply to change style for your next month, make your next order 2-3 days before the end of your period. You will receive your new selection on time and only by then will you return your current set of clothes.

Remember, your new period will only start when we actually deliver it to you not when you place the order.
